Clayline Pottery Studio is an adult oriented artisanal pottery studio.
Completion of one of our courses does not ensure studio membership. A wait list for membership is in place.
Refund policy
Cancelling out of a class - 90% refund up to 14 days before start of course. 13 - 5 days 50% refund.
No refund 5 - 0 days before class starts. No refund after class has started
Classes must have minimum 2 people. Payment will be refunded if class is cancelled.

Private Introduction to Pottery $200 per person.
Suitable1 or 2 people.
An Introduction to pottery. This 2 hour course includes instruction in either wheel or hand building clay, firing and glaze.

Build it.
Handbuilding courses take place over 5 weeks.
Hand Building
Learn basic hand-building techniques, including slab methods, pinch pots, coils, and use of forms.
Surface Design
Explore creating textures, patterning and painting with underglazes, stencils, stamps and other techniques.

Wheel courses take place over 5 weeks.
Beginner Wheel
This course focusses on basic wheel techniques, including wedging, centering, opening, forming and trimming your projects.
Pre-requisite for Advanced Wheel courses.
Advanced Wheel
This course will build on previous wheel skills. Projects will include throwing with coils, making lidded vessels, and trimming using chucks.
Combination Wheel and Hand Building
Combine both pottery skills to enhance your pottery skills. Two weeks on the wheel and 3 weeks hand-building and design.
