Spray Glazing Workshop
Clayline is offering its first workshop on how to use the spray booth to apply glaze to your pottery by using a spray gun. The workshop will consist of a group discussion on application techniques, the benefits of spray glazing and also when it is not advisable to use. We will cover the mechanics of spray glazing in a safe and effective manner. Bisqued pottery will be supplied for practice spraying. Unfortunately the space can only accommodate 5 people at a time , so there will be more workshops in the near future.
*The prerequisite for taking the workshop is you will need your own NIOSH approved respirator with the p100 vapor cartridge filters. They come in different sizes, you want a secure seal so make sure to get the appropriate size. Safety glasses are also recommended but not mandatory.
